Zhang Leizhen (verses LEE TSINCHZHAO)
Goose Creek stray hear
I see the clouds jasper marks.
Again snow showers roof
Because incense smoke stretches.
Phoenix – barrette carved,
And in it the reflection of the candle.
Why – I do not know –
The joy in my heart pounding?
Somewhere the sound of the horn at dawn
Accelerate the morning comes.
Bucket with Taurus –
Two constellations meet
In the east, the dawn rises.
No flower is nowhere in sight,
But I know that spring on the way.
Wind west – so insulting! –
COLD does not go away.
